Space Cat Pet Portrait

I have a deep passion for creating art pieces for my clients, but this particular pet portrait holds a special place in my heart. After a wonderful lady caught sight of my Space Cat mural on George Street in Hove, she was inspired to commission unique space-themed kitty paintings as a heartfelt Christmas gift for her loved ones featuring her very own feline friends.

New techniques

Instead of solely relying on my original stencil technique for creating pet portraits, I have recently shifted my focus towards utilizing acrylics and brushes. Much like the soothing and meditative nature of the stencil cutting process, I have discovered that working with acrylics and brushes provides a similarly therapeutic experience. As the winter season envelops my surroundings, I take solace in the comfort of my home, seated at my desk, draped in a warm blanket, and accompanied by my loyal furry companion perched on my lap.

If you’d like your pet immortalised in a painting, please feel free to get in touch.
